The DD10K supports two working modes: DECT client mode, which connects the desk phone to a DECT base station, and DECT base mode, allowing cordless handsets to register directly with the desk phone.

Compatible with a range of Yealink IP phones including SIP-T41S, T42S, T53W, T54W, T57W, T58A, T58W, and VP59. It also supports Yealink DECT handsets such as W52H, W53H, W56H, W73H, W78H, W57R, and W59R.
