Automatic Failover for UCM6510

The HA100 connects a primary and secondary UCM6510 system and monitors system health. In the event of a hardware, power, or network failure, it automatically redirects all telephony and data services to the secondary system.

Intelligent Monitoring and Switchover

Continuously checks connectivity to the primary UCM6510. If a failure is detected, the HA100 automatically initiates switchover in under 15 seconds, ensuring minimal disruption.

Supports All UCM6510 Interfaces

Provides mirrored failover support for all major UCM6510 interfaces including FXO, FXS, E1/T1/J1, network, USB, SD card, and power, ensuring seamless transition and full functionality on the backup system.

Easy Plug-and-Play Setup

No additional configuration is required. Simply connect both UCM6510 systems and peripherals to the HA100 and it automatically handles failover logic.
